Returns Policy
With the exception of Televisions and other sealed items, we test all products prior to selling. This enables us to return items that are not working immediately as well as ensure that you are purchasing an item that is working and in tact.
Only items that are unopen (in original packaging) can be returned within 3 days of receipt for a refund, replacement or store credit.
Please note there is a 10% restocking fee that will apply.
Refundable item payments are processed in the form of payment provided.
Please note that Credit card refunds are available based on your banking institution and may take about 5 to 10 days before appearing on your account.

Delivery: Available Mon - Fri & Sun only.
Delivery after 6pm is subject to delivery surcharge of $1 to $5 based on location
Shipping: Rates are weight-based which is rounded up to the nearest full pound.
